Get Real! School encourages kids to wear 'African American clothes' for Black History Month

Christine Romans and the Starting Point panelists discuss the letter that an elementary school in Waxham, South Carolina sent to parents.

In regard to the commemoration of Black History Month, the letter said, "We are encouraging students to dress in African American attire. If you do not have this, students could wear animal print clothing or shirts with animals native to Africa (zebras, giraffes, lions, elephants, etc).
