I am disappointed in CNN and Starting Point’s coverage of the Trayvon Martin case. Will Cain is completely right that public officials and media shouldn’t be taking a “stand” on this particular case without all of the facts. It is horrific that a young man was killed and my heart goes out to Trayvon's family. But I am frustrated by the bias that CNN seems to be showing against the accused killer – George Zimmerman. I have listened to the police call over and over, and it’s perfectly clear that Zimmerman says F#$@ing PUNKS. Punk is not a racial slur. I hear no evidence of a hate crime and yet everyone is assuming that it is. Zimmerman is also Peruvian – not white. People are exploiting this situation to talk about the larger issue of high death rates among young black men in the framework of systematic racism. Here’s what we should be talking about:
    1. The actual known facts of the case
    2. The actual causes of the high death rates among young black males
    3. The death rates among Hispanic and white males – especially by socio economic lines
    4. The death rates of black men by black men
    5. The death rates of black men by white men
    6. The death rates of white men by black men
Let’s look at the problem as a whole and realize that it has more to do with economics and fear than racial discrimination. Try to illuminate real problems so that solutions can be created.

I have seen it written a multiple of times that the killer is not white and therefore not racist. I'm starting to find that America has already fallen victim to vile capitalism because we are already preparing for self destruction. Racism is not perpetrated by any one person. It is the concerted effort of unintelligent people of all races and orchestrated by the 1%ers that control and manipulate the republican party.
The demonizing of our Black President and all the racial theatrics are a ruse to bury in obscurity the criminality of the Bush/Cheney presidency, gross robbery of the American people and the reality of "Atlas Shrugged". Wake up America, the objective is quality of life. We have done a great job with racism, let's turn our attention to VILE-Capitalism.
Those of you who need the violence, go invade the country of Texas, arrest George and Dick then, all will be fine!
