You have gravely misrepresented plastic surgeons (I am not one). Many if not most care for burned patients, hand surgery, perform reconstructions that are much more than "cosmetic". Many breast reconstructions are post mastectomy for cancer and are much more than placing implants.. You should do a bit of research before you mischaracterize a group.
