Chris Baron is exactly right. You will not get to a recognition of marriage equality as a fundamental right unless you treat it as one and that doesn't mean a politically ploy to throw it back to the states to decide. Federalism from the Obama Administration? Give me a break. And of course it occurred just before the Obama campaign ran to Hollywood for fundraising (today) that was being stalled because of this issue.
Gary Johnson has been correct on this issue (and all others) for a long time and I'll be supporting him 100%.
