Get Real! Proposal fail after hot air balloon gets tangled in power lines

A couple's romantic proposal ended with a trip to the hospital after their hot air balloon hit power lines.

    These balloon companies NEED TO BE STOPPED. I live in Carmel Valley, and this is the THIRD crash in 5 years - it's just a matter of time before balloon riders and the unsuspecting residents below burst into flames from the next crash. I'd like our politicians to ban these balloon companies from flying above residential areas. Thank you.
