Tough Call: Should prisons have AC?

A lawsuit claims inmates are suffering cruel and unusual punishment by not having air conditioning in some prisons.

    Yes I think prisons that reach such temps as one hundred and twenty six,where four imates parished, should have some sort of cooling systems installed. Sure the inmates maybe murders,rapist,theifs,etc. Yet they are also somebodies,father,son,family,yet more inportantly they are humanbeings.Many feel they shouldn't have such a luxury item as air conditioning since they are criminals. Others feel its to costly. Well tax dollars pay for their incarsaration. Take away their tv,phones,cell phones,and things of that nature. Stop the over crowding the prisons and add AC or industrial fans.These guys aren't animals,nor are they saints,none the less,do the right thing!
