Tough Call: Town employees' big pay cut

Scranton, PA Mayor Chris Doherty has cut pay for 400 municipal employees, including himself, to minimum wage.

    I am the union president for the Scranton Firefighters and people should know the mayor cut his own salary but he's a millionaire.
