According to CNN affiliate WKMG in Florida, Walt Disney World officials asked a guest named Thomas Tolbert, who bears a striking resemblance to Santa Claus, to change and be less "Santa-ish" because he was a distraction at the park.
Tolbert says that people, including children, were asking him for pictures and autographs when he was told by officials to turn down requests.
Tolbert tells WKMG, "I never had a red suit on. I never had a hat. I didn't have fur boots on, but that doesn't make Santa. The face and the persona is what makes Santa."
Disney apparently gave the Santa look-alike tickets for another day at the park because of the hassle.
Soledad O'Brien and the Starting Point panelists weigh in on Tolbert's story this morning.
