As the Democratic National Convention is set to begin this week in Charlotte, NC, Gov. Jack Markell (D-DE) addresses the question of whether America is better off today than it was four years ago.

    Although I am personally better off due to decisions I made and by the grace of God, our nation is NOT better off. Soledad, can you have discussion about net job growth vs gross job growth? Also, how exactly does the government create jobs?
