    How sweet of that journalist to explain to the bumbling Amy Kremer what the phrase 'leading from behind' meant – she was quite confusing to follow and seems to want some imaginary American Empire where we rule the world but then says shes against Obama's one world thingy -sounds like a dog whistle to me . . .

    Soledad, the abstract found at this link explains "Linked Prosperity," that is, a corporate concept or principle that links consumer and producer in a relationship where all parties benefit from each other to include the producers employees.
