She is a free American. She has the right #1 to not have her private conversations recorded by a hired driver and then that driver blast it out, and #2 to have her opinion. I think it is reasonable for her to assume that she was having a private conversation. She was not out on the sidewalk or in the mall speaking outload. When you step into a cab, that driver becomes your employee essentially until after you pay them and exit.
