    This is an introductory post to let readers know that there are many problems in D.C. that do not relate to Hurricane Sandy, and that the mayor is a part of this systemic problem with the local Government of the District of Columbia. The local government is a racially segregated, inequitable, lopsided modern-day apartheid system that needs to be abolished.
