You're right we need more clarity, in this case we don't have any from either candidate. But when it comes to a vote, I'll still vote for an American businessman who understands this country than for a man who was raised outside of this country in Indonesia and mentored by a known Marxist and repeatedly surrounds himself by Marxists, and shows he truly doesn't understand this country.
It does make "common" sense to use the states as much as possible.
