This is because due to LOWER WAGES PAID by employers, it's cheaper to stay home and collect unemployment. When you average the cost of a car payment, gas costs, the cleaner's bill for clothing, car insurance (needing the car to get to work), meals during workday, it doesn't make fiscal sense to workers, if they are not in management. This is the fault of senior leaders within the corporation. Their greed is what keeps people from wanting to find work. They want you to pay much higher health deductions, yet cause your health problems through high levels of stress. They have many policies regarding money laundering, information security, and intellectual property theft, yet they are swindling their workers on their 401k and pension funds. WHO WOULD WANT TO WORK????
