I would first like to say that if he is guilty he should be held to the full extent of the law. But i am having some serious doubts as to his knowledge of the bombing.1 He isn't trying to his his identity like his brother was.
2 He has no prior behavioral issues or beliefs like his brother did.
3 In the photos of the marathon; he looks unstressed or anxious of what is to happen. His brother looks very focused or his mind is on something.
4 He didn't try to hide until after the carjacking. He went back to school as if nothing happened.
5 His friends said he looked and acted normal. He even tweeted " there is no love in the city, stay safe people" .
6 The officer shot was responding to a disruption call. The older brother shot him.
7 The older brother was the one to walk down the street shooting at police.
8 The older brother is the one that had the vest & weapons on him. There is no evidence in the infrared video (that i saw) that showed a hot gun barrel or bullets from a shoot out with police. The owner reported a body in the boat (not a suspect). Even when they through in the flash bombs the only thing that moved was his head to look up. He had been shot the night before, had been bleeding all night & was in serious condition upon arrival at the hospital. This kid wasn't even able to fight, he was dying.
9 The photo of him handcuffed on the ground shows no evidence of weapons at all on him.
10 He was so unresponsive at the boat it took him 20-30 minutes to raise his shirt.
11 He ran his own brother over while he was still alive; dragging him 20 ft. Having weapons in the vehicle available; he could have drove over shooting opened the door & sped off with his brother, He didn't ; he ran him over. I am not trying to make excuses for him but I always look at both sides to see the real truth. This just doesn't add up. The older brother does no question but i don't even think this kid was aware.

The older brother asked him to carry the backpack. The kid did, went home & had no knowledge of what he did. Once their faces were on TV the older brother had to go get him & tell him. This may have been the loud commotion the officer was responding to. From then on he was probably in disbelief, terrified & unable to think of what to do next. I couldn't even imagine the mind bend that would be to find out that your older brother got you involved with something like that & your life has just turned upside down & inside out with no time to process it all.
I am not trying to make excuses for him but I always look at both sides to see the real truth. This just doesn't add up. The older brother does no question but i don't even think this kid was aware. I think he was used. PLEASE make sure that the real truth comes out. I know a lot of people want the death penalty but I am sure not for someone that is innocent. Don't allow him to be taken advantage of.

Taking all of this into consideration; my hypothesis is that the older brother asked him to carry the backpack. The kid did, went home & had no knowledge of what he did. Once their faces were on TV the older brother had to go get him & tell him. This may have been the loud commotion the officer was responding to. From then on he was probably in disbelief, terrified & unable to think of what to do next. Running over his brother may have been a response to all that he was feeling & just wanting it all to stop. I couldn't even imagine the mind bend hat would be to find out that your older brother got you involved with something like that & your life has just turned upside down & inside out with no time to process it all.

Chris and Anderson, I would just like to thank you for mentioning in your recent reporting the importance of the EMS community. It seems with news reporting, this classification of professionals are always lumped in with the first responder category. Not to take anything away from the larger first responder community however we are trained in for pre-hospital situations and have certain skills that can be applied to these horrific situations. I marvel at the medical and people skills my paramedic and EMT colleagues process. There are many situations where we are really out there by ourselves before other first responders ( fire and police) join the team. Somehow you two reporters seems to be the only ones that ever make this distinction. Not that we are looking for the thank yous and certainly aren't in this profession for the pay but every once in awhile its nice for someone to recognize this class of first responder.
