Actor Noah Wyle on his arrest for protesting Medicaid cuts, says he wanted to bring attention to the issue

Actor Noah Wyle was arrested at a protest in Washington D.C. Hundreds of people gathered at a Congressional office building to protest potential cuts in Medicaid. It's been proposed by House Republicans.

The rally was organized by ADAPT, the Americans with Disabilities for Attendant Programs Today.

Noah Wyle talks with Soledad this morning on "Starting Point" and explains what happened.
