It's being reported today that if Holder is held in contempt, that all the members of the Congressional B lack Caucus will protest by walking out.

This is the single largest group of anti-American, Communist and racist in Congress. The country would be much better off, if they kept walking and never came back.

Sanjay, just epitomized what is wrong with America. To make a statement that Single Payer is a good idea, and would have been great if it was implemented 30 years ago but it would be too hard to implement today...that pretty much sums up America today. We seem to find everything too hard to do today. What ever happened to that American Spirit that we can do anything? That we can take a good idea and make it happen? Now everything is too hard. Alternative energies, too hard. Healthcare, too hard. bipartisanship, too hard. When people talk about American exceptionalism, the response today should be "It's too Hard" – Sanjay Gupta

I would expect better from Danjay. Profits among healthcare companies are at an all time high. Premiums are not going up cause of increased cost, they are going up to increase profits for the Health care companies. It is shameful that corporate profits are not entering into this conversation given that over 30% of what the american people pay for healthcare go right to profit, and that we profitize illness.

To representative Lee's assertion that the current Supreme Court justices do not vote with the party of the President who appointed them, CNN should do an analysis of the positions taken by those Justices who have served during terms of different party administrations. I suspect that Thomas, Scalia and Alito have not taken positions contrary to the Republican message. I think this Supreme Court has eroded confidence in the courts as fair and non-partisan.

If the Supreme Court ruling doesn't go Obama's way, he's already shown that he is pernicious and vindictive and has a total disdain for our Constitution and the rule of law. I expect he will attempt to another end-around Congress. He must be stopped.
