NCAA to penalize Penn State with fines of more than $30 million dollars – Mark McKay explains

Not too long after the Paterno statue has been removed from outside Beaver Stadium, new troubles are brewing for Penn State University. A source close to the case tells CNN, the NCAA is set to hammer the university with sanctions based on the findings of the Freeh report. The intent of the "unprecedented" punishments is to send a clear message to Penn State and all NCAA schools.
