Get Real: Mom fuming after daughter’s school teacher cuts 7 inches off the 7-year-old student’s hair

A North Carolina mother is furious after her seven-year-old daughter’s teacher cut off seven inches of her daughter’s hair. The elementary school student has Down’s syndrome and thought she was being punishment. The teacher claims she did it because the youth would not stop playing with her hair.
