Is 'flexiblity' the key to scoring holiday shopping deals? Retail analyst Marshal Cohen has the scoop

Black Friday traditionally marks the start of the holiday shopping season each year. But Black Friday isn't just on Black Friday anymore. Many major stores are opening their doors at 8 o'clock tonight. Some are even open right now and shoppers have been camping out for days to take advantage of the doorbuster deals.

But what kind of bargains can we expect from shops, and how much will shoppers spend this Black Friday? Marshal Cohen is an Industry Analyst for The NPD Group and the author of “Buy Me!” Cohen comes to “Starting Point” with some answers.
