Macy’s CEO Lundgren: 'Record crowds' at Herald Square for Black Friday, says holiday sales outlook bright

Doors have officially been busted by Black Friday shoppers racing to the be first to grab the best deals this holiday season. This was no exception at Macy’s stores across the country/

All Macy's stores opened at midnight for Black Friday. But some retailers opened even earlier, at 8pm or 9pm on Thanksgiving night. Macys CEO Terry Lundgren joins “Starting Point” live from Macy’s flagship store at New York City’s Herald Square to talk about what he says were record crowds for Black Friday shopping and the optimistic outlook for the holiday season.
