Florida lottery secretary gives tips for playing the Powerball lottery

The winning number for Powerball's $500 million jackpot will be drawn tonight.

One hundred and ten thousand tickets are being sold every minute, with revenue from sales expected to top $1 billion dollars.

Secretary of the Florida Lottery Cynthia F. O'Connell joins Starting Point live from Tallahassee, Florida this morning to discuss the public excitement over tonight's drawing.
