You may know Jillian Michaels as the "tough love" trainer on NBC's "The Biggest Loser." She's been on the show for 11 seasons, aggressively pushing contestants to lose weight and get in shape.
Michaels is now out with a new book, called "Slim for Life: My Insider Secrets to Simple, Fast, and Lasting Weight Loss." She talks with Soledad on "Starting Point" this morning and shares some of her most reliable weight loss rules.
Moderation? 80/20 rule? Jiliian....PLEASE watch your segment. WHat did you say? There is NOTHING of substance....you claim THE Worst thing you can do is give up sugar? That's YOUR worst???? You seem to be a product of the media, and have offered nothing of substance....Please watch yourself again....hopefully you can improve on your message the next opportunity you get......Disappointed to be sure.
