CNN's Shannon Travis on the postponing of the cherry blossom festival in Washington, D.C. Colder than average temperatures in the nation's capitol is affecting the annual bloom of the iconic trees.

    You guys cut the part of the interview with the citizen which provided the information about the river water temperature and instead put that info in the anchor's mouth. Not nice ... explicit credit should have been given. The "person" which provided you the info is Dan Keifer, an avid fisherman, a river enthusiast and a member of the Watershed Council in Michigan.
