In just a few hours, Jodi Arias will be back in court for the penalty phase of her murder trial. She has been placed on suicide watch, after a jury found her guilty of killing her ex-boyfriend in cold blood. Literally minutes after the verdict Arias told a Phoenix TV station she would rather be executed than spend of the rest of her life in prison. In the interview which aired on KSAZ she was also asked about what she would do differently.
This morning, Criminal Defense Attorney Joe Tacopina weighs in on the latest in the Arias case.
