Kinky Boots' star Billy Porter and composer Cyndi Lauper talk about the critical acclaimed musical's 13 Tony Award nominations.

Billy Porter and Cyndi Lauper are on 'Starting Point' talking with Zoradia Sambolin and Christine Romans about the show 'Kinky Boots.' The Broadway musical has received an astounding 13 Tony Award Nominations this year including Best Male Actor for Porter. Grammy Award winning artist, Cyndi Lauper is nominated for best original score in a musical. If she wins she will make history and become the first female artist ever to win this award.

The Tony Awards will air live on June 9th at 8:00PM (ET) on CBS.
