Arias awaits her fate; jury at impasse: HLN's Vinnie Politan weighs in on the next steps in the case
HLN's "After Dark" host Vinnie Politan is on 'Starting Point' talking with Christine Romans on the jury in the Jodi Arias trial's current impasse on whether to give Arias the death penalty or life in prison. He says a new jury could be selected to determine the single issue of life or death.

Vinnie: Your actions on last night air was showing a mean streak--I seen you describe Jodie A. without mirrors ' in her cell-–couldn't you just say it without showing your hands and actions??----rather unkind and mean---we all know Jodie and the horrible murder case--but what you did was really un called for--so Vinnie, you lost a good fan who does believe in justice. I just wanted to express my opinion, WTF is wrong with that jury? My Brother passed away 1yr and 7 months ago, he was everything to me, they say it was suicide, but my mother, brother and I know his ex girlfriend had something to do with it, I feel for Travis's family, I don't care what mental illness that sicko has, the fact is she knows right from wrong, that devil deserves nothing less the death, I have a daughter and I put myself in the place of the family of jodi, I also have a son, I put myself in the place of the family of Travis, i also reversed the rolls and put my self in the place of the jury, I am so sorry But if anything, I mean anything ever happened to either of them, i would go to the ends of the earth to give the killer what they deserve, and if my child had committed such an awful crime I would also expect the victims family to do the same. Juan Martinez did a fantastic job, please let him know that and never ever give up, that woman needs to be gone, completely gone, something is wrong with those four members of the jury, I in no demeaning terms wish that my brother had passed away in Arizona. because I believe Juan Martinez could have given him Justice. Juan you are like know other Please don't give up and give the Alexanders Justice. You are loved by many and i wish there were more of you.
Let Jodi Arias spend her time in jail. 2 wrongs don't make a right. Your news cast crew all day and night sound like a bunch of wolves to put her to death. Ask your self could you live with that on your mind, by merely voting to put another person to her death.....we are not living in the old testament days. eye for an eye...this just proves that the jurors do have a heart and a conscious....and would not live in peace by putting her to her death...could you???
How silly was your employee, the lady in the red dress hounding the juror with the gray hair with the pony tail. Chasing and hounding him for words. And then wanted to get on the train with him to who knows where??? All for your ratings! LOL
I have prayed for Jodi for a while now...If I can I would visit her in jail, and ask her to accept Jesus Christ as her Personal Savior. She needs our good Lord as her personal savior to live her life in peace. All men/women are sinners. Jodi needs her Salvation and have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior. Killing her does not make it right.

HELP! HELP ! VINNIE, NANCY, JANE VELIEZ-MITCHELL. Most Christians refuse to vote for death penalty. The consensus here in my 90+% Christian community is that they cannot vote for the death penalty because the convicted person doesn't have sufficient time to repent before execution. I've reminded each person that Nancy Grace and Vinnie advised they could be charged with perjury if this is truly their stand on capital murder cases. All of my friends believe they could have replied "yes" to questions asked potential jurors but firmly believe that the juror still has the right to vote against the death penalty when the penalty phase comes around.. We'll never get a death penalty this way. Cleveland, TN is int'l headquarters for Church of God, Church of God of Prophecy and Seventh Day Adventist is 10 miles down the road.
Why,why,why...its not complicated she killed travis. She is a looney..put her away for good.
Jodi didnt give travis an option or mercy, what the hell is the problem with this Death certified jury?
