Soldier captured by the Taliban in 2009 believed to still be alive: CNN's Pentagon Correspondent Barbara Star reports

CNN's Pentagon Correspondent Barbar Star is on 'Starting Point' on the Idaho soldier Bowe Bergdahl, who was captured in 2009. His family received a letter they believe he wrote from the red cross.

Bowe was captured by Taliban forces in 2009.
